Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an AudioSlicer AI account, accessing our website, or using our audio processing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AudioSlicer AI.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are intended for a single user unless you are expressly on a plan that includes multiple seats. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably suspect are engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity.

3. Your content and intellectual property

You retain full intellectual property ownership of all audio, scripts, transcripts, and any other materials you upload to AudioSlicer AI. We do not claim any ownership over your content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload, process, and download your content through our service. AudioSlicer AI processes your files solely to produce the clips, manifests, exports, and related outputs you request.

4. Subscription and billing

AudioSlicer AI offers subscription plans processed through our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All prices are listed in US dollars and do not include taxes, duties, or other governmental charges. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the payment issue is resolved.

5. Credits and usage

Audio processing is measured in minutes. Each plan includes a specific monthly minute allowance as described on the pricing page. Minutes are allocated on a per-billing-cycle basis and do not roll over to the next cycle unless explicitly stated. Consumed minutes are non-refundable. Free or promotional minutes may expire if not used within the period specified at the time of issuance. We reserve the right to update plan limits and pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Fair use and acceptable conduct

You agree to use AudioSlicer AI only for lawful purposes. You may not upload content that infringes third-party rights, violates applicable law, contains malware, or is otherwise harmful. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, disrupt, or overload the service, nor resell access to the service without written permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that engage in excessive automated usage.

7. Service availability and support

We strive to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or factors beyond our control may affect availability. Support requests may be submitted through the in-app feedback form or by emailing help@audioslicerai.com. We respond to inquiries as promptly as practicable.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AudioSlicer AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to AudioSlicer AI in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Modifications to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on the site and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AudioSlicer AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
